Buying a pack

Packs use the same Stripe checkout as the main subscription. The flow takes under a minute.

Step by step

1. Sign in to PromptsVault. You need an active subscription to purchase a pack.
2. Open Prompt Packs from the header.
3. Click a pack to open the detail page.
4. Click Preview prompts to see the first few titles inside.
5. Click Purchase.
6. Complete Stripe checkout. Your card details never touch PromptsVault.
7. You are redirected back to the pack detail page. The pack folder appears in your sidebar within a second.

Receipts and refunds

• Stripe emails a receipt automatically.
• Manage payment methods and past invoices through the Stripe customer portal.
• Refund policy is on the Terms of service page.

Promo codes

If you have a promo code, enter it on the Stripe checkout page itself. The "Add promotion code" link appears just above the payment total. PromptsVault does not collect or display promo codes inside the app.

I bought a pack and do not see it

Two-step recovery:

1. Refresh the app. Real-time sync should add the pack folder immediately, but a hard refresh forces re-fetch.
2. If the folder still does not appear, sign out and back in to refresh your session.

If the folder still does not appear, contact support@promptsvault.app with your purchase email. There is a fix-missing-purchase recovery flow on the server side that can reconcile the missing record.
