Plans and billing

Subscriptions and pack purchases are managed by Stripe. Most account changes happen in the Stripe customer portal, not inside PromptsVault.

Current plans

  • Monthly: $1.99/month, 7-day free trial.
  • Yearly: $19.99/year, 10-day free trial. About 16% cheaper than monthly.
  • Lifetime: one-time payment, no recurring charge. Availability is listed on Get access.
  • Prompt Packs: one-time purchases on top of any plan.

Check your subscription status

  1. Click your profile (top right on desktop, menu on mobile).
  2. Open Profile.
  3. You see your plan, status (Active, Trialing, Past due, Canceled), next billing date, and whether you have a lifetime plan.

Open the Stripe customer portal

  1. From the profile menu, choose Manage subscription.
  2. PromptsVault opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab.
  3. From there you can:
    • Update your card.
    • Change billing email.
    • Download invoices.
    • Cancel the subscription.

When you cancel, access continues to the end of the current billing period.

Reactivate after canceling

Open the customer portal again and click Renew subscription. Stripe handles the rest. The next time PromptsVault re-checks your subscription (within about 30 seconds on an active session, or on next sign-in) the app updates your status.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe retries automatically and emails you. After several failed attempts the subscription enters Past due and then Canceled. Update your card in the customer portal at any point during retries to avoid losing access.

Refunds

The refund policy lives on the Terms of service page. Email support@promptsvault.app to request a refund.
