Account recovery

If you forget your password or lose access to your sign-in method, you have a few options.

Reset your password

  1. Open the sign-in page.
  2. Click Forgot password.
  3. Enter the email on your account.
  4. Check your inbox for a reset link. Links expire after one hour.
  5. Click the link and set a new password.

If you do not want to deal with passwords at all:

  1. On the sign-in page, choose Sign in with magic link.
  2. Enter your email.
  3. Click the link in your inbox to sign in.

Magic links are single-use and expire after a short window. Request a new one any time.

Google sign in

If you originally signed up with Google, use the Continue with Google button. Password reset does not apply to Google accounts; recover the Google account itself through Google.

I changed email addresses

Subscriptions and purchases are tied to the email you used at checkout. If you need to move them to a new address, email support@promptsvault.app with both addresses so we can reconcile.

I cannot receive the recovery email

  • Check spam and promotions folders.
  • Add noreply@promptsvault.app to your contacts.
  • If you use a corporate email, ask your IT team to allow mail from promptsvault.app.

If none of that works, email support@promptsvault.app from any address and tell us which email you signed up with.
